Could be a high-end, fine dining spot Renovations are still underway at the Herald-Examiner building on 11th and Broadway in Downtown, but it seems like an eager tenant has already committed to setting up shop after the dust clears. The Los Angeles Times reports that Walter and Margarita Manzke, owners of the fancy Miracle Mile eatery République, will open a restaurant in the building when it opens in two years.
