At least 10 San Francisco students were sickened Tuesday by an unknown substance at a local middle school, officials said. Police and firefighters are on scene addressing a medical emergency at James Lick Middle School, located on 1220 Noe St. “At this time it appears as though some students have ingested a substance that is causing adverse reactions,” Laura Dudnick, a school district spokeswoman, wrote in an email.
