Accomplice, one of the most active VC firms in New England, has a new plan to give angels their wings, and maybe increase its own flow of deals in the process. The firm on this week launched a $35 million fund called Spearhead in partnership with AngelList, the San Francisco-based network that connects job seekers and angel investors to startups.
