Marketo scoops up Bay Area sales software startup

San Mateo-based marketing automation company Marketo this week acquired a San Francisco startup that helps structure a company’s sales process. Terms of the deal were not immediately released, Fortune reports. ToutApp launched in 2011 and raised an estimated $21.5 million in five rounds of funding.
