Menlo Therapeutics Inc., the Redwood City biotech that is developing therapies for dermatologic conditions, set a price range for an IPO that could bring in up to $104 million — slightly more than the top target it set when it first filed two weeks ago. It plans to offer 5.7 million shares at between $14 to $16 a piece. Underwriters are being offered the option to buy up to 850,000 shares.
