The Greater Washington Board of Trade has picked a new CEO — and his name is Jack McDougle. McDougle is the president and founder of consulting firm Blutre Strategies and served as the senior vice president at the Council on Competitiveness. Prior to that, McDougle served as the deputy undersecretary for economic affairs at the Department of Commerce, where he ran the $2 billion 2010 Census Automation Program.
