The District’s much-lauded Chercher Ethiopian restaurant will expand to Arlington’s Courthouse neighborhood, its first Virginia outpost. Owner Alemayehu Abebe has signed a lease for approximately 2,500 square feet at 2000 N. 14th St., an office building located catty-corner to the Arlington County courthouse complex.
