A community alert was issued in Chelsea today warning of an influx of Fentanyl in the city suspected of causing a sudden spike in drug overdoses - some fatal - in the last 48 hours."Police are actively seeking to find the source through chemical analysis. Encourage anyone you may know who could be at risk to seek help, including asking the police," Chelsea Police Capt. Keith Houghton said in a statement.Chelsea police and state police assigned to Suffolk District Attorney Daniel Conley's office are investigating.
