An entertainment center operator is going through rezoning with the town of Huntersville to build a new facility, its first in the Charlotte area. Doug Godley, who owns amusement centers in the Carolinas, is seeking rezoning for an 18.6-acre swath of land in Huntersville to develop indoor and outdoor amusement facilities at Bryton Town Center.
