Officials say the Best Friends Animal Society will help the Gloucester County Animal Shelter get more animals rescued. A new partnership with a no-kill animal rescue network can help Gloucester County lessen the number of animals that are euthanized in its shelter each year, and help get more animals adopted, officials say.
