It's another good news/bad news Central Ohio housing report as home sales continue to set records while inventory continues to dwindle. Columbus Realtors' March report shows 2,531 Central Ohio homes and condos moved off the market in the month, a 3.9 percent boost compared with March 2016 and a 50.8 percent surge over February as the traditional selling season heats up.
