Spring break is over and school has resumed for most districts, including the San Antonio School for Inquiry and Creativity District.The Texas Education Agency lifted a suspension last week; the district had been shut down just before spring break.The move came after inspection reports showed that there were rats in eating areas at one school and that other schools had been serving food despite not having hot water.
