San Antonio-based Howard Energy Partners filed for an initial public offering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday. The midstream company is looking to raise up to $200 million in the IPO and plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol HMP. No price for the IPO has been filed. Bookrunners on the deal include Barclays, RBC Capital Markets, Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, MUFG, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Wells Fargo Securities. It's...
