The Department of Public Safety says a 16-year-old Tatum High School student killed Thursday in a wreck veered off the road, causing her car to roll over. Sarah Paige Stanfield was traveling south on Texas 43 in the right outside lane before her SUV went off the road onto the shoulder and hit the edge of a driveway embankment, DPS Sgt. Jean Dark reported Friday. The vehicle then was vaulted over the driveway and rolled several times on its side and top, Dark said. A funeral service for Stanfield is set 3:30 p.m. Monday at Tatum High School.
