The University of Texas has issued a request for qualifications to construction companies for the renovation and expansion of Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. The stadium, home to the UT Longhorns football team and ranked as the eighth-largest stadium in the U.S. with a capacity of more than 100,000 fans, is in line for a $140 million boost.
