A well-known Valley attorney is set to trade his Scottsdale office for the inside of a jail cell after being ordered to self-surrender in January to begin a prison sentence after pleading guilty in a bankruptcy fraud case that involved a hefty engagement ring. Scott Allan Maasen will begin serving his 18-month sentence on Jan. 11, followed by three years of supervised release.
