A Tucson-based healthcare system will add nearly 600 jobs as part of a new hospital and expansion in the Old Pueblo. Northwest Healthcare said it will build a 70-bed hospital and expand medical services on a nearly 20-acre parcel of land. The 183,000-square-foot facility and related physician offices will create 595 jobs in a high-growth part of town pending city approval, according to the company.
