The Grape Bistro, a Scottsdale restaurant near the corner of Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak Roads, has closed down, but is set to reopen later this month as a completely new concept. The new restaurant will be called PNPK after Pinnacle Peak, because of the proximity of the restaurant to the mountain and because of a personal connection the owner, Kellie Pruitt, has with it.
