Google is making a move north of Market Street with a new lease for 190,000 square feet in One Maritime Plaza at 300 Clay St., according to brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield. The Mountain View-based company gobbled up more than 500,000 square feet in San Francisco in 2018 with other deals including taking 300,000 square in One Market and an expansion of 57,299-square-foot at 2 Harrison St. Most of the city’s tech tenants are clustered in SoMa, but some have migrated north to the city’s Financial...
