Fast-growing downtown Leesburg is about to get a new speakeasy-style watering hole called Tarbenders. The 2,000-square-foot spot will have a 1920s, speakeasy-style vibe, said co-founder Paul Zangos, who’s been working at bars and restaurants around Loudoun County for the past 15 years. Zangos is teaming up with Brandee Baldwin, who will manage the front of the house and serve as the spot’s main bartender.
