Dalton Agency announced it is acquiring the Nashville-based Bill Hudson Agency Tuesday. The uniting of agencies, now called DaltonHudson, works as part of the company’s strategy to have a larger presence in the southeast. BHA has been an advertising and public relations company in Nashville for 54 years, best known for its marketing for 236 McDonald's restaurants in four key areas.
