Sears sells Imeson Center warehouse property

The Sears warehouse at 1 Imeson Center Boulevard has been sold to California-based LBA Realty, a real estate investment and management company, for $32 million. The 735,840 square-foot building, which was built in 1990, previously belonged to Innovel Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of Sears. It shares a driveway with a 1.8 million-square-foot office, warehouse and flex facility, built in 1974.
