Thai company accuses FIS of interference, IP theft, false statements

TN Incorporation Ltd., an IT consulting company in Thailand, is accusing Jacksonville-based Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS) of stealing intellectual property, misleading TNI's customers and breaking its contract in a lawsuit filed Dec. 26. Because the underlying agreements between the companies were signed in Philadelphia, the suit was brought in U.S. District Court in Pennsylvania.
