TriBridge talks about its Riverside, Town Center projects

In February, TriBridge bought a 9-acre property just across from the St. Johns Town Center where it has started construction on a $49 million apartment project. Then in June, the company purchased property along Riverside Avenue near the Cummer Museum where it plans to build a 125-unit apartment project.
