The third phase of a $56 million renovation of the Southfield Town Center is nearing completion.The owner of the town center, the second-largest office complex in metro Detroit, held an open house Tuesday, March 13, attended by Southfield officials and commercial real estate brokers.A company called 601W bought the town center for $177.
