Duke Energy makes new grants to support environmental, wildlife programs in Carolinas

Duke Energy’s Water Resources Fund has announced grants totaling more than $800,000 to support 11 environmental and wildlife programs in the Carolinas. The only grant in the Charlotte region is $100,000 for the Catawba-Wateree Management Group to help manage water loss in the Catawba River basin from north of Lenoir to Lake Wateree.
