Safelite buys another chain of repair shops

Safelite's latest acquisition is a South Carolina company with 11 shops and 100 employees. The company has acquired Charleston-based Glasspro Inc., an independent auto glass repair and replacement company with locations across the state. Terms of the deal, which closed Jan. 4, were not disclosed.
