COLUMBUS, Ohio - Breweries are feeling the impact of the government shutdown.“It's actually hampering breweries access to market because they can't put new products out, which is one of the hallmarks of the craft beer industry,” said Justin Hemminger, Deputy Director of the Ohio Craft Beer Association.Federal agencies like the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau are closed.
