As the slate of events expands at The Refectory, the actual restaurant space is evolving, too. The northwest Columbus restaurant at 1092 Bethel Road is adding to its kitchen with a 21-foot by 10-foot walk-in cooler, which will create more space behind the scenes for Chef Richard Blondin and his team.
