Tennessee’s tech industry has been on the rise over the past five years, but it’s being fueled by a familiar industry. Since 2013, $437 million — representing 152 deals — has been invested in Tennessee health care IT startups, more than any other industry, according to a new study by Atlanta-based venture capitol firm BIP-Capital.
