EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Police say an Oregon man shipped more than $1 million worth of marijuana to another state via UPS last week, packing the drugs inside of artificial boulders he made himself. The Eugene Register-Guard reports that Curran Millican Manzer, 36, of Waterville, Oregon, made shipments to another state where marijuana is illegal....
